UK Finescale Track

Post  RIGFindlay on Wed 10 Aug 2016, 10:37 am

I saw, or thought I saw, a download which provided extra track shapes for UK Finescale track. It had a name something like BR Track Complete.

Did I imaging it? If not where is it and what does it contain? I am sure someone will be able to help.

Thanks,

Roderic

Hi Roderic.

This was the last official version of UKFS by Tim Booth...............

There is an update to the shape files (no new shapes as far as I know, just an update of the existing tracks) by our "friend" JKY, but with his track record including pirating payware, forum disruption, releasing buggy software and his general attitude to other simmers. I would be loathe to download anything of his.

Hi Roderic,
There is a set of track shapes called BR Project available on UKTS, starting with file ID 22266. They are marked as "beta" and I don't know if they are complete, but a file marked as "Complete" is available as file ID 22268; they use tsection.dat build #40 and later.

Cheers,
Ged

Hi Ged,

Thanks a lot. When downloaded it is called BR Complete. I thought it might be worth looking into.

Regards,

Roderic
