Hi Tim,

Many Thanks for the update and the fab route.

A question of I may? Is this an upgrade or can you just install this latest version without any hitches?

Many Thanks

Andy

Hi Tim

Splendid news. Will there also be an update for the non-aerial photo version, please?

4.3 upgrade for non-aerial photos version now uploaded at UKTS for approval.

This is one 80mb .exe file which you just double click on and no batch file/s to run.

This needs up to Woodhead v4.2 installed before you start, i.e. install in this order 4.02>4.03>4.1>4.2>4.3.

Possibly rather a silly question to ask, But what is the difference between Aerial and Non Aerial? Which one is more computer friendly to install.
What I mean by that, Is The Aerial version a larger file than the Non Aerial version , Which one is the best to install.
I used the Aerial version of V4.1 on my old windows XP system,(Now sadly lost)
At the moment I am in the process of putting the enormous Trainset that comes with the activities together and saving quite a few GB of computer space by deleting/merging duplicate files.
I have the Aerial version on hold on my external hard drive at the present time.
Cheers
Andy

Hi Andy,
The non-aerial version is definitely more computer friendly than the aerial version as it has a much smaller "footprint" size-wise, although the route is exactly the same.

I prefer the visual appearance of the non-aerial version, but that's my personal opinion Smile

Cheers,
Ged

Track now laid to Calvert so can now drive all the way from Manchester to London Marylebone albeit in two sims...finally!

No screen shots until some scenery is done south of Woodford Halse.

Signalling now done all the way to Calvert so the 'operational railway' is done.

No estimate for scenery completion as still 17.5 miles to go...

Should be interesting as far as Brackley but the rest is rather flat so might do less work on that.
